Data Processing Agreement

This DPA applies where Abni processes personal data on behalf of a client.

1. Roles

• Client = Data Controller
• Abni = Data Processor

2. Scope

Abni processes personal data only to provide the platform and related services.

3. Instructions

Abni processes data only on documented instructions from the client, including use of the platform.

4. Security

Abni implements appropriate security measures, including:

• encryption in transit
• access controls
• secure hosting
• monitoring and logging

5. Sub-processors

Abni uses sub-processors including:

• AWS
• Slack
• Stripe
• AI providers (Anthropic, Google, KIE.ai, FAL.ai)

Abni will ensure appropriate safeguards where possible.

6. Data subject rights

Abni will assist clients in responding to data subject requests where required.

7. Data breach

Abni will notify the client without undue delay if a personal data breach is identified.

8. Deletion

Upon termination, Abni will delete or return data in accordance with its retention policy. See section 9 of our Privacy Policy for the full retention & deletion process.

9. Audits

Abni will provide reasonable information to demonstrate compliance.
